I would like to pay a special mention to Aadil , Joe and Karen. They made me feel so welcome and provided a service that I would expect from a booking x4 the price . '

'Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. '

'DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund.'

'For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

'After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious'
