The cottage consists of:

GROUND FLOOR:
- A BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings. You can also prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, as well as a Senseo coffee machine and everything you need for cooking.

- A SEPARATE TOILET

- A TERRACE: Enjoy the sunny terrace for your morning coffee or to hang your laundry on the clothesline in the garden.

UPSTAIRS:
- A FIRST BEDROOM ON THE MEZZANINE: Equipped with a standard bed (140x200cm).

- A SECOND BEDROOM: Also equipped with a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM: Relax after a long day in the bathtub, where towels are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire chalet to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property has a parking spot in front of the cottage within the grounds, secured by an electric gate.

## Neighborhood

La Casa Beynat is nestled just a few minutes from Lac de Miel. There is an entrance fee (2 euros) from July 1 to August 31.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access this guide, you will need to enter your contact information, accept the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
