'Good hotel. Staff is helpful. They gave me a late checkout as my wife was sick.
Rooms are old so all the wood on the walls is bent, the bath tub has a little rust on it. Parking in the back is terrible.
Complimentary breakfast was good.'

'Amazing stay at the resort. Special shout out to Dominique, Chetan, and Raj for making our stay so comfortable and accommodating the needs of my mom who had an injured ankle. They really took special care of her, ensured she gets the buggy on time, arranged a special resort tour for her because of her leg condition. I really appreciate their efforts. I am glad I decided to take my mom to Fazlani's on my visit to India.'

'It was a second visit after couple of years. Everything is still nice and beautiful. With the kind of charges the experiences (Agro Tour, Flora Tour, etc) must be as per the guest's convenience. Making it once a day is not good.
Another drawback was cycling - the cycling area is too restricted and with the current area its of no use. There should be more longer cycling tracks.
Earlier there used to be around 12-15 cycles. But there were only 4-5 this time. Staff said they are out for maintenance...

'The workers are very nice. Sometimes the front dest forgets small requests. Very frugal on toilet paper. The internet is unstable and need to have a new inquiry of a new password every few minutes or so. The window in the bath is always dirty and there is noise usually coming from there maybe because it’s next to the air conditioner. The crew overall is kind and always tries to help.'

We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience'

'This Marriott is super convenient for us, right in the heart of the manufacturing zone of Pune Maharashtra. The security is top notch and there are signs posted about how careful they are about the food and drink to keep you safe and healthy. The staff was incredible! I don't think I've ever felt more welcome in a hotel. Well done!'

Worst experience I ever had.
To start with - property is very unclean, bed sheets are gross. I doubt they ever change the sheets and mattresses. I felt so bad that Inhad to leave the property and book another prooerty. Add to it the staff is rude and has no manners to talk to the customers
