'Good hotel well maintenances'

'Great hotel and friendly staff.'

'Our stay was perfect in every aspect. They've got an excellent chef. Every single time he churns outs his best and sets a better benchmark than his previous one. The Chinese and their signature Kumaoni cuisine were delicious. I usually maintain a diet, but their tasteful dishes made me crave more and had my tummy filled. Gaurav took us for a walk after lunch around the Bungalow, reaching SatTal lake in about 45 minutes. He was very engaging and explained to us all the heritage sites on the way....

'Misleading property name to begin with, when i arrived in the middle of the night and tried to call the number was switched off . So i had to stay else where .When i requested for requested refund , they said it was non refundable price so it was against their policy. Unreasonable and unethical business '

'Good food, Great view Cute Property'

'Awesome '

'it is an ok place not excellent. we could see people cooking outside and they are sleeping there itself.'

'The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. The Concern: The only major drawback is that the property is located at a significant height. Since there are only stairs available, it is quite difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues...

'we liked the place'

'Location is not convenient. Isolated place. Nice gallery view. However there is no basic facilities in room like cupboards, electrical plugs. Property construction is totally unplanned.'

'Property location was great but as it is under some renovation , it needs some work to make it perfect .Staff was very good and helpful'

'My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Upon entering, the lack of hygiene was immediately obvious—the bed sheets were stained, and there was a thick layer of dust on every surface. The bathroom was even worse, featuring moldy tiles, a leaky faucet, and a distinct, unpleasant odor that wouldn't go away. To make matters worse, the TV was completely non-functional, and despite multiple calls to the front desk, the staff showed zero urgency. Their poor service and dismissive attitude were...

'Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there. But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t...

'They don’t have Mastercard mashing for payments which is very difficult for foreigners if you don’t have cash, in this modern world even small hotels have bank machine'

'Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...
