'Staff were very helpful and courteous - but it was disappointing that I had to request that my room was cleaned each morning - something I was not informed of on arrival and as a consequence meant that my room was not cleaned on my first morning.
Location was certainly central - but a considerable distance from the railway station. As I was arriving by train from Warsaw, this was an important consideration - and one that Expedia should have highlighted.

'It is a good place for a stop over or an event for family or business. Breakfast buffet is healthy and plentiful. The restaurant is also excellent. What is a bit bizarre is the architecture. The hotel was built in 2014, I was told. The architect clearly had no idea how to use the space efficiently. It should be studied as an example and made into the Museum of Bad Architecture. In addition, the planners, in 2014, didn't think about usb charging ports, but equipped rooms with internet ethernet...
