Located in the heart of Biarritz, between Place Clémenceau and Place Bellevue, Bellevue Apartment is the perfect base for discovering the city and enjoying the Basque Coast on foot.
Spanning 80 m², this bright and welcoming apartment stands out for its peaceful atmosphere, comfortable living spaces and, above all, its sea views from every room, except the bathroom.
Located on the 1st floor of a residence with a lift, please note that a few steps are required to access the apartment.

🏡 The Apartment
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the apartment includes:
A bright living room with a sofa, armchair, TV and dining area for 6 people.
A semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine using classic pods, tea maker and washing machine.
Two bedrooms with storage space:
Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single trundle beds that can be brought together, as well as a wardrobe.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Separate toilet.
A continuous balcony accessible from the living room, perfect for enjoying the natural light and the unique atmosphere of Biarritz.
A private and secure parking space in the basement of the residence. There is also room to store bicycles behind the car.

ℹ️ Things to Know Before Your Stay
To ensure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible, please take note of the following:
Access to the apartment: the apartment is located on the 1st floor. A lift is available, but a few steps are required to reach the apartment.
Car access in summer: access to the city centre may be restricted during the summer season. A remote control allowing you to pass through the access barriers will be provided. It is your responsibility during your stay and must be returned at the end of your visit.
Residence rules: the building is subject to strict condominium regulations. We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the residents and to be discreet in the communal areas. After a day at the beach, please avoid entering the building while wet or with sand on your belongings.
Lively surroundings: during the high season, the area can be lively and busy, particularly around the balcony. The apartment is therefore best suited to guests who enjoy being close to the vibrant atmosphere of central Biarritz rather than those looking for absolute peace and quiet.

🕓 Check-in
The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM.
An early check-in may be available depending on availability and may incur an additional fee.
In-person check-in with a member of our team is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
For arrivals after 6:00 PM, if a member of our team is unavailable to welcome you, access to the accommodation will be arranged independently, notably via a key box, when available.
If a member of our team needs to come to the property outside the agency's opening hours, additional fees may apply.
A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation. It contains all the useful information for your stay, including Wi-Fi details, Homies Holidays contact information, local recommendations, instructions for using the accommodation, check-out instructions and the house rules.
🕙 Check-out
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Check-out with a member of our team is available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
For departures before 9:00 AM, if our team is unable to be present, check-out must be completed independently, notably via a key box, when available at the property.
A late check-out may be available depending on availability and must be agreed in advance with Homies Holidays.
Any departure after 10:00 AM without prior approval may result in additional charges.
