I will personally ensure that the apartment is kept as clean as possible.
I will make every effort to thoroughly disinfect all frequently touched surfaces.
The apartment has been recently renovated.
One bedroom with a 160-size bed and a second with two 90-size beds. Two beautiful attic bedrooms with storage space.
All the comfort and space needed to comfortably accommodate a family of four or two couples (70 m² of floor space).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and espresso machine—everything you need for the utmost comfort during your stay.
Wi-Fi (Orange fiber), TV, and plenty of storage space will help you settle in and quickly feel at home.
There’s a rack in the building for storing your surfboards.
Plus, a secure parking space completes the property.
A cleaning fee is included. However, I ask that you please remove the sheets, take out the trash, and wash and put away the dishes.
