'This beautiful stay is not to be overlooked if you're staying in the area. We booked the Clock Tower after a wedding at the Granary in Fawsley and this stay is easily head and shoulders above any other option in the area. Despite finishing at the wedding relatively late, Lizzie and her partner greeted us with professionality and the hospitality you would expect of a 5* hotel. 'Leuke oude pub met vier moderne goede hotelkamers. Één nadeel: het bed is maar 140 cm breed en dan moet je dus niet te veel ruimte nodig hebben als (echt)paar. Hotel ligt op 10 minuten van centrum Oxford, midden in de countryside. Mooie gastheer.'

'Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine.
