You'll be charmed by its spaciousness and the peaceful surroundings (not overlooked), making it ideal for a vacation with family or friends (maximum 8 people). The ground floor offers spacious living areas (living room and open kitchen), as well as a first accessible bedroom (with dressing room) and adjoining bathroom with WC. The upper floor offers three further bedrooms (two 140 x 190 cm beds and one 160 x 200 cm bed), as well as a mezzanine, a separate WC, and a bathroom with shower.
A beautiful covered terrace allows you to enjoy the private, fenced garden.
Wi-Fi - No pets allowed - No outlets for hybrid or electric vehicles (plugging in is prohibited in the accommodation).
Parking in the private courtyard.
Bed linens and towels are not provided (a paid service to be requested from the agency - request 8 days before arrival). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art. 1731 of the Civil Code), by the owner. Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of any defects they feel are missing.
The exit inventory must be arranged with the owner by 10 [hidden] on the morning of departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bath linen/set per person/one week: €5.
