Mooi nieuw gebouwd, 3500 m², Designer Decorate, Vakantiehuis.
Uitzicht op de oceaan, dicht bij de stranden, 6 Slaapplaatsen.
op Granite Point met prachtig uitzicht. Slechts een korte wandeling naar het privéstrand; of 2 mijl naar Fortunes Rocks Beach Public Stranden of 3 mijl naar Goose Rocks Public Stranden.

De Rachel Carson Nature Refuge omringt Granite Point, met paden die door het bos slingeren naar Timber Island, rond de moerassen en naar de stranden. Steek de getijdenrivier over naar Goose Rocks Beach en Timber Island tijdens eb. Zwemmen, vissen, zoeken naar zanddollars, kajak, paddleboard of gewoon zonnebaden op het privéstrand; terwijl je geniet van het geweldige uitzicht op de oceaan.

SLAAPKAMERS
Prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de En-suite Queen Master slaapkamer met zithoeken en een grote kast. De slaapkamer heeft een grote glazen deur naar het balkon. De 2e slaapkamer heeft ook een grote glazen deur met hetzelfde uitzicht op de oceaan en toegang tot het balkon. 3e slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden.

KEUKEN
Gastronomische keuken met veel aanrechtruimte, alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten, kookeiland met zitplaatsen. IJsmaker, stille vaatwasser, 4-pits gasfornuis, Keurig koffiezetapparaat, Cuisinart broodrooster-oven, wafelijzer, mixer en grote potten voor het stomen van kreeft.

WOONGEBIED en NOOKS
Woonkamer heeft met 3 banken, grote 40-inch HDTV, dvd-speler, kabel en WiFi voor Netflix's. Hoofdwoonkamer verbindt met de eetkamer. Pittoreske knusse hoekjes om te ontspannen, te lezen of gewoon van het uitzicht te genieten. Boven overdekt balkon heeft een leeshoek en een bureau met printer.

EETHOEK
Eethoek met uitzicht op de oceaan heeft een grote tafel met plaats voor 6. Genoeg servies en dinerparty's of rustige maaltijden. Keukeneiland biedt plaats aan 2 of 3 voor snelle maaltijden of geweldig voor drankjes en hapjes.

OUTDOOR FUNCTIES
Houten balkon met zitplaatsen voor 6. Grote schuifdeuren in de slaapkamer en slaapkamer openen naar het balkon. Nieuwe gasgrill. Afgesloten buitendouche met warm water. Weelderige gras tuin met stoelen en picknicktafel.
Maak een korte wandeling naar het privéstrand of maak een wandeling over de paden die door het Rachel Carson Preserve slingeren. Met gras begroeide tuin biedt voldoende ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen. De perfecte plek voor een familievakantie!

Granite Point Area, ten noorden van Goose Rocks en ten zuiden van Biddeford Pool. Rustige weg
15 minuten rijden naar Old Orchard Beach, 10 minuten rijden naar Kennebunkport en 30 minuten rijden naar Portland; maar toch schijnbaar uren van de hectische toeristische scene.

Amazing view

We loved our stay at Meg’s beach house. The pictures don’t do it justice. Feels like a well loved family home, that you are lucky to visit. The only hiccup is we got there before the cleaners. Meg was apologetic and the cleaners brought a crew. We took a walk to the beach while they cleaned. The view is so beautiful. The garage and basement have lots of fun family yard games. We loved our visit and would love to return some time! Our kids loved playing bocce and smashball. There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so plan ahead! It is so peaceful and you instantly feel like a local. The private beach is worth everything!Looks like they’re adding on a bunk room that would be amazing in the future.

Lovely spot

Heavenly view from the balcony. Really appreciated being able to use the kayaks and surf boards. The beach is a few minute walk away. Happy that the owners don't use pesticides on their lawns as a few lawns in the neighbourhood do! Owner very available and helpful for any questions.

Great vacation getaway

We enjoyed our July stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the ocean views from the house and access to two private beaches. Also liked that it was only a short drive to our favorite restaurants in Cape Porpoise & Kennebunkport. Will definitely request a future stay.

Granite Point Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed a fun week at this Granite Point property. The house was clean and in an excellent location for kayaking, walking, and biking. The kitchen was well appointed for our many meals at home and there was plenty of beach equipment for our daily trips to the beach. The sunrises were beautiful from the 2nd floor porch.

The beach home is convenient to a beautiful private beach. A short walk down the country road in the morning with my 4 year old granddaughter smelling all the sea rose was delightful! Plenty of room for a family of five! Beds were very comfortable! Never missed the air conditioning! Because we kept the doors open on the balcony. Absolutely quite! In this little seaside community. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps updating of the cooking utensils or lack of. Also the cleaning service could have done a better job cleaning. Overall a wonderful experience! Would definitely return next year!

Lovely home in a Fantastic neighborhood

We had a wonderful time for two weeks at Meg’s house. It is a 1 minute walk to the local private beach (made easier by the wagon in the basement) where my kids played in tidal pools and climbed the rocks. Sunset there is magical. Not far from Saco and Kennebunkport, which we visited a few times each. The house has all the basics you need to cook and grill. The bedrooms were nicely set up and very clean. We would love to return!

Beautiful, private beach home

This house has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The house has views of the beach, and is just a short walk to get there. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, and all the beach things(towels, chairs, umbrellas). We enjoyed our morning walks and coffee on the upper deck. We had plenty of room to entertain our family who lives close by. I would definitely stay here again!

House is beautiful.

The communication with the owner prior to stay was at times unread. She did not see last 4 emails. When we arrived 2 other people there. The woman was a friend. Owner said never saw emails. At that point wanted more money. WiFi not working well. Megan took care of this immediately. The view from deck is okay. But not as nice as thought. Beach nice. Neighborhood very quiet.

Paradise!

We spent an amazing week at Meg's house this August. It was perfect for our family of four and could have easily accommodated 2 more adults. The house is well appointed and was spotless. I felt very safe staying there during COVID. The location couldn't have been better. The views were gorgeous and the beach was perfect for our young kids. We can't wait to visit again next year!

A hidden gem

We loved our stay so much that we have already rebooked for next year. The photos don’t do this gem justice. We enjoyed the balcony morning and night, the private beach was so special and our boys never wanted to leave. The ice cream truck was a treat, the comfy beads, books galore for reading and relaxing, beach equipment, toys and games for all ages. Best vacation for a family! And we were grateful we could include our 10 month old puppy.

Lovely Biddeford Home

This was a great place to stay with my husband, daughter & son. We enjoyed the home and surrounding areas (Portland and Kennebunkport). Property is large and roomy with WiFi and cable tv. Very clean and nicely furnished. Great views from a deck off two of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen was suitable for meals in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for a Maine vacation.

We spent a wonderful week her. The house was beautifully appointed, super clean and well equipped. We loved the tranquility of sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and surf sounds (sometimes wrapped in blankets). It is a nice area to walk, both on the beach and roadside, and much quieter than the tourist towns. It is also only a short ride to many coastal attractions. Meg was very helpful with anything we needed to know and also surprised us with a nice welcoming gift. I am sure no one will be disappointed with a vacation at Seaspray!

Great house with amazing views

We spent a week at this lovely house and had a wonderful time. Meg was a great host with clear and responsive communication. The house is equipped with everything one needs for a great vacation, including kayaks, paddle board, bikes and beach chairs for enjoying the amazing private beach just steps from the house. For me, though, the second floor deck off the bedrooms was the highlight - listening to the sound of the waves as you went to sleep and watching the sun rise over the glimmering Atlantic each morning was just incredible. I spent much of each day sitting on that deck just soaking in the raw beauty of the Maine coast. We can't wait to visit again next year.

Beautifully maintained and furnished home in wonderful neighborhood.

We visit Maine every summer, but this was our first stay in Biddeford/Granite Point. This home was immaculate, well-furnished, comfortable in all ways, and offered beautiful ocean views from the large upstairs bedrooms and porch. Perfect place for relaxation and family time. A special place, and we definitely plan to return!
