Grab the leads and go out for walks from the door. Head to the South West Coast Path to explore the dramatic and beautiful coastline, pop to Westward Ho! (4 miles) and head to the 1.5-mile-long sandy beach for a walk, then go out for fish and chips in the village. For more places to eat out, visit the pretty fishing villages of Appledore (6 miles) and Clovelly (8 miles) with eateries for all tastes and a good choice of shops too.
