It is a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall. Situated on the North Devon Coast Path and the Tarka Trail, the property is in an ideal location for walkers, dog owners and cyclists. The ancient port and market town of Bideford, where you can catch MS Oldenburg to Lundy Island, is an easy 0.5-mile walk down the quayside where you will find an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The local area offers a selection of attractions including The Milky Way (10 miles), the Big Sheep (3 miles), Tapeley Park and Gardens (3 miles), Dartington Crystal (8 miles) and RHS Rosemoor Gardens (9.5 miles).
This comfortable property has all you need for a relaxing break entering through the front door into the entrance hall where a handy ground-floor WC can be found on your left. On the right, the kitchen is compact but fully equipped with everything you need to cater for your stay. Moving on through the property to the lounge/diner, find comfortable leather sofas and a Smart TV, plus views of the river. There is also a dining table seating four in this room. Doors lead out to the sunroom with seating – a pleasant place for a morning coffee. Heading upstairs from the hallway, discover two bedrooms on the first floor: a double room boasting river views, and a twin.
