Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.'

'Don’t book here. The pictures look great but this place sucks. The first room I was given had dead roaches everywhere, the toilet would not flush, the heater unit in the room had the whole front broken off and didn’t work. The room was nasty my socks were black just walking around for 10 minutes in the room. I had my husband go to the front desk and ask for another room. I will say the staff was very friendly and polite but when you own a place like that you have to be. The gave us another room...

'Places, dirty rooms are horrible. Bed is completely uncomfortable. The service there was amazing. I will say that the lady counter in the evening shift was awesome. Checking in.However, on the other shift she was slower than anything had ever been with in my life'

'Parking was easy, we had a late check-in and i believe the power had cutout from a storm. But the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and kept a great attitude. Very thankful for nice rooms and comfy beds. '

'The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. '
