Bathrooms:

- 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

- Upstairs bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

- Downstairs bathroom has a shower.



Kitchen:

- Dishwasher, new fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, crockpot, ect.



Living room:

-TV, large sectional sofa, extra pillows, blankets, SONOS devices, games, board games in credenza under the stairs.



Backyard:

- Hot tub, pergola with retractible shade covering, propane fire pit, chairs, benches, horse shoes, ring toss games, cornhole, 6 ft tall fence. ** In winter the chairs and bench cushions are stored but the Bench will remain outside unless buried in snow!



Guest Access:

The entire home and property is yours to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced in. This is a quiet road where the home has a nice big driveway with parking right outside the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Upper Moonridge is sought after in the area for having views, being quiet and this home has a rare flat driveway and yard!



Other Things to Note:

The downstairs floors are concrete. We do have rugs but we wanted to mention it for anyone coming with kids as they are hard.



You can also control the heat to your liking!

Some places lock the thermostat but it is yours to heat as you would like. Enjoy!
