This comfortable reverse floor plan Big Bear cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood and features four bedrooms with a game room and hot tub. The backyard is very large and fenced in, perfect for kids and pets (some restrictions).

The main level great room has wood floors, a gas fireplace, TV and DVD player, dining area, back deck access and kitchen.  The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and includes a gas range, microwave, coffee pot and full size refrigerator. Head out to the front patio for grilling on the propane barbecue. The back deck is perfect for relaxing in the shade under the mature trees.

The main level has the first bedroom that has a queen bed, Smart TV, sofa and private 3/4 bathroom.

The downstairs game room is a perfect escape from the main living area above featuring a pool table, a flat screen TV.  Three more bedrooms are on this level as well as a 3/4 bathroom.  Two of the bedrooms have qeen size beds, the last bedroom has a queen and access to the shared bathroom. A washer and dryer is also available for your use. Just outside is the 2 person hot tub situated under a gazebo for year round enjoyment!

Note: DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
