Het instapniveau is spectaculair! Het herbergt een goed uitgeruste gastronomische keuken met Europese stijl kasten, kwarts tellers en roestvrij apparaten. De woon- en eetruimtes zijn smaakvol ingericht en hebben een open haard. De eerste van de 2 master suites bevindt zich op dit niveau. Rijkelijk ingericht met designdetails, een kingsize met kussens, een Romeins bad, een inloopdouche en een open haard. Gemeubileerd dek.

Het 2e niveau gastheren een hol met open haard, de tweede master suite, 2 standaard slaapkamers, badkamer, wasplaats en dek. Rijkelijk ingerichte slaapkamers met kwaliteitsmeubels, dekmatrassen, luxe beddengoed, voldoende kastruimte, hi-def tv's en een prachtig uitzicht op de boom. Master suite gastheren een kingsize bed, standaard slaapkamers (1) koning en (1) koningin. Abonnementsdiensten omvatten Amazon Music, Amazon Video en Netflix. Voor gasten die klassieke gezinsentertainment willen, zijn er voldoende bordspellen en boeken.

Evenals een grote selectie K-cups voor het Keurig koffiezetapparaat. Er is een smaakvolle selectie van bergachtige tafel-instellingen. De badkamers zijn goed gevuld met zachte handdoeken en toiletartikelen van spa-kwaliteit. Decoratieve kaarsen zijn overal. De was wordt compleet geleverd met DUAL wasmachines en drogers, aanverwante artikelen en strijkijzer met karton. En, 3 open haarden.

Home is gebouwd rond een honderd jaar oude Redwood die van boven naar beneden door het midden van het pand loopt.

The place was very nice, cozy fun. The setup was nice and close to everything. We didn’t have to go anywhere if we didn’t want to.

OK place; review limited by characters

We held our annual family reunion at this residence. The house is billed as a "luxury" house and, for what we paid and how the pictures looked in the listing, that is what we expected. It did not meet those expectations. KITCHEN:-Toaster's heating elements only partially worked resulting in us buying a 10 toaster from CVS.- Dining chairs did NOT match the chairs in the photos; the ones at the table looked/felt like cheap 10 chairs. They were extremely uncomfortable.- Refrigerator sign said "new" but the freezer had a drawer missing a railing making the bottom drawer uselessDECK:- The listing shows and brags about the outdoor space/seating. There are NO chairs outside, no carpet or pretty decorations. When I contacted the rental manager it was suggested that we use the kitchen stools for outside seating. He then followed up with a suggestion to move a bench placed next to the front door to the back deck. Part of why we selected this property was due to the outdoor seating.CAMP COZY:- the kids room at the upper level had no air flow and was unreasonably warm causing the kids not to be able to sleep in that room.OTHER:- Grill only partially worked making it difficult to BBQ- Neither of the pocket doors worked well and the 1 on the level below main level didn't work at all.- Sink leaked in the bathroom on the floor below the main level. Contacted manager who sent a plumber while we were out and we were told that it was fixed (it wasn't but we only had 1 day left).

Great Service

Jon was amazing. Our original property was great. They had music playing when we arrived and it was so homey. The game room was amazing. There was a minor scent in the house. When I let Jon know, he came right away. Since he couldn’t find the source, he moved us to a different property. Everything was seamless and our family had a wonderful stay. Jon was so quick to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend.

Lovely Mountain Retreat

This lovely mountain home easily accommodated our family of 11. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the children especially enjoyed the game room. The exterior of the house has some delayed maintenance, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the house. As has been mentioned, there are lots of stairs so it may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. The living spaces and the bedroom the ground level would accommodate those challenges. Jon is an excellent host. He was readily available and helpful in multiple ways..he certainly enhanced the enjoyment of our stay.

Nice location, close to arrowhead village

The check in process was fast and easy. The house is close to Arrowhead Village, making eating out and entertainment options easily accessible. The beds are very comfortable and A/C kept us cool in the heat of summer. The only things I would note were that we could not fit our large rental cars (Suburban and Grand Wagoneer) into the garage due to the slope of the driveway, might be a problem if traveling with >2 oversized vehicles. The exterior deck and stairwell had a few loose planks. The shaded property makes for less natural light in the living areas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but spent the daytime lounging at the second home we rented.

Great place for a large group

This property is a wonderful space for a large group. It’s 4 floors and my family stayed comfortably on the 2nd level. The game room with the pool table and ping pong was a hit. I’ll definitely be back!

My family enjoyed our stay here. I love that they provided everything we needed and they were good quality. Kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook what we prepared. We loved the game room that had a ping pong table and a pool table. They even provided alexa,ipad, and tvs in every room that kept us entertained. Oh and the little notes of instructions was so neat! Thank you Jon who was always prompt in responding to my questions. You rock. We will definitely return if we are allowed 😆

Excellent Location

Located deep in the mountain this home was a pleasure to drive to. The actual house itself is a wonder to explore. For the first hour it felt like there was always something new to see. The host provided just about everything we could need. One issue we did find was a few spiders throughout the place with webs in many spots but that just comes with the territory (literally). Overall my friends and I enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to return.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated, however the master bathroom shower was missing a door making it hard to contain the water in the shower. Kitchen nicely stocked. Home close to Village. Property manager assisted us in finding additional parking.

Great for a small group

We booked to attend my son's wedding at Lake Arrowhead. It was a great location for a few "orphan relatives " to sleepover and we had a great time with the groomsmen's barberfest. The house was clean and it's configuration was perfect for us. Jon helped us with our few questions - he had very good documentation on procedures there at the house. We would absolutely consider coming back for a vacation stay to enjoy the area. It is a beautiful spot. We would highly recommend it.

Only issue we ran into was a lock malfunction in the attic room. Otherwise the place was well furnished and supplied. The stairs may be a bit steep for the elderly or little kids but are no problem for able bodied adults.

Fantastic all around!

I was very impressed with this property from start to finish! The location is ideal - close to the Village yet still in a residential community in the woods. The layout (4 levels) of the house was perfect for our needs - bathrooms on each floor... and a variety of bedroom options, each with comfortable beds. The house is immaculate and well-equiped. I highly recommend this property, and hope to use one of their properties in Arrowhead or La Quinta in the future.

Treehouse Treat

My brothers, sister & I all chipped in to treat our mom to a nature retreat for Mother's Day - 8 of us total - and we were pleasantly surprised by the interior matching the advertised pictures (encountered a string of rental 'oversells' lately). Beautiful decor, ample space, plenty of provided amenities [may wanna add a pair of tongs & another pan tho :)], a bonus rec-room, great location (Lake Arrowhead Village is just 3 minutes away), and just an overall calming & relaxing environment. Mom (& the rest of us) enjoyed it immensely. And so will you.

Annual Reunion

Perfect property, perfect location. Plenty of room for our large party while at the same time providing several levels and locations for us to split into smaller, more intimate groups. We enjoyed lots of great food, boisterous family games, and frosty walks through the neighborhood and down to the Village through what was no doubt, the snowiest weekend I have ever experienced in Lake Arrowhead. LVH always provides for a perfect stay.

Beautiful home

The home is beautifully renovated with plenty of space. The main floor has a master bedroom with a fireplace and large connected bathroom. You can enjoy a bath in the deep soak tub. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a comfy living room that will fit a few people comfortably to watch a movie or tv with the fireplace roaring They have Netflix and Disney Plus. One story above the main entrance has a kids’ room with four bunk beds and a tv. One story below the main entrance has three bedrooms and one bathroom with another small living room with a fireplace and tv. One of the two rooms with a king bed on the level has a balcony with Mountain View’s. Two stories below the main floor has two additional rooms and one bathroom. Under the garage is the game room complete with a ping pong table, pool table and Xbox. This is a great place for a family retreat. It is about a six minute drive from Lake Arrowhead Village that offers a few restaurants, shops and treats. The Lake Arrowhead Brewery is near the village as well I definitely recommend the beautiful home.

Great rental experience! The property was very well kept and clean inside. The amenities were nice and loved that they supplied lots of towels and linen. The house does have multiple floors though so if bringing little kids just be prepared for them wanting to climb but it was no problem for us. It was actually great being able to give each family basically their own s floor to sleep on with a restroom. We had an amazing family trip.
