Very disappointed...The host was very quick to respond before booking, but communication dropped off afterward. We were told we could check in at 2 PM, yet didn’t receive the access information until after 3. The house was full of spider webs despite being told the cleaners had just left. The Wi-Fi and main TV repeatedly tripped the breaker, forcing us to use extension cords to get them working. The spa cover was waterlogged and nearly impossible to remove, and we found a mouse in a trap under the sink, something the cleaners should have handled if they just left. I understand this is in the mountains and mice happen, but for the high cleaning fee we paid... it should have been noticed. There were no paper towels, very few bath towels for the number of guests allowed, and the backyard was dirty and overgrown. The fire pit only worked on one side which did not produce enough heat to keep anyone warm in the cold evening, and several lights both inside and outside didn’t function. We were afraid to touch any light switches due to tripping the breaker. The spa did not get above 98 degrees. Overall, not worth the price or the high cleaning fee.
