'Was in the area for extended weekend and stayed at XB. Place is in perfect place to enjoy desert and has beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed our time on the porch. Town with restaurants and stores is near about 20 min away. Phones (Verizon) worked well at property. Room and bath were clean and everything worked as should. Thank you for memorable stay wife and kids are already planning next vacation there.'

'A place like this the view and location are what makes or break one. The location is right in the ghost town! Food and entertainment are right there! The view is unbelievable! I have never seen better. The room was great. Everything we needed! Outdoor kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of places to sit to taking in all of the beauty. The patio was comfortable and also had great sitting options. '

'The property was very clean and well kept. The location was a short walking distance to Terlingua ghost town and local restaurants. The views at night were amazing. I stayed with my small dog and she felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, AC was a nice temperature and the room came with everything I needed. You do have to share a bathroom but I never encountered a line or wait and it was very clean. '
