'Our 3-night stay at Hotel Old Cinema was one of the highlights of our trip around Cambodia. The boutique accommodation, with its sublime art deco decor, features well-appointed suites, superb pool area and luxe bar. The staff are fantastic, and breakfasts feel like a special occasion. Step out of the lobby onto the footpath and you are in amongst the action of Kampot. A wonderful stay that comes with our highest recommendation.'

'Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly. Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast. Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants.'

'We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. 'Resort is not completely finished yet, but really clean and spacious. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. There were a lot of facilities on the resort you can use for free. We would recommend staying here.'

'This resort was located within 5 min with a tuktuk to restaurants while still being located in beatifull and peacefull surroundings. I stayed in one of their cheaper rooms with just a fan and this was more then enough for me but they do also have ac options. Possibly i missed a little fridge to cool drinks but overall this was way more then I expected for the price! Staff friendly, well english spoken and helpfull. I loved it here:)'

'The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!'
