'Booked as a last-minute stay when our other plan didn’t work out. Couldn’t have made a better choice. We were very happy with the staff the location, service, pool, hot tub, and breakfast.'

'We arrived late. The office was closed, but there was a notice on the office door directing us to our room. The room door was unlocked. On the table was the key and information concerning our stay. Everything was better than described in the booking ad. In the light of morning we saw the yard next to the building had chairs, an area with chairs & a table under a canopy for shade. This is a definite place we will stay when in the Ironwood area.'

When I called to get my room number, I was told by the owner that it was project weekend and his son and about 15 friends were there helping him. We show up and can barely walk without tripping through all the extension cords and power tools. 'We love the Hannu house. This is our second year staying and we will be back again. Jake was wonderful to work with. The home is a perfect cabin for our ski trip and 5minutes from powderhorn and 20 from snow river. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. The coffee and hot chocolate stations in the kitchen were great amenities. The master bedroom and bath room are lovely. Comfortable beds.
