For those looking to explore further, Big Sky offers thrilling whitewater rafting trips down the Gallatin River and blue-ribbon trout fishing. Hikers can enjoy family-friendly treks like the Ousel Falls trail or more strenuous climbs at Beehive Basin. If you time your visit right, you might even catch the Big Sky PBR or a Music in the Mountains concert.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended to fully explore the scenic region. While the closest bus stop is on Lone Mountain Trail Road, the immediate neighborhood is highly walkable, providing effortless access to the nearby golf course, pond, and walking trails.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that trash cans must remain inside the garage at all times due to local wildlife.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
