'Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

'Really comfortable B&B, the owners were really hospitable and the breakfasts were prob one of the best I have ever had.
Dog friendly and super cute that they provided dog treats in the room.
Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. '

'I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.'

'Ideal for pets. A lot of consideration was given towards our four legged friends.Staff very helpful and tentative. Food quality very good, especially the breakfast. Location excellent for access to the beach, (which allows dogs); approximately 30m away.'

'Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea!
Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes.
Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.'
