'A Dream Honeymoon in Paradise – 100/10! ❤️ Our stay at Anantara Veli was truly the most beautiful vacation of our lives! From beginning to end, everything was absolutely perfect. This resort is heaven on earth, even more breathtaking than those dreamy tropical wallpapers! Our biggest THANK YOU goes to our incredible host, Ms. Farangiz. She is honestly the BEST host we have ever had! Such a warm-hearted,professional, caring and wonderful person. She was always there for us, helped us with...

'We were upgraded to Kaani Palm - given renovations of Village & Spa. Very friendly staff, high service levels and great dining opportunities. Would recommend this hotel (and swimmingpool - infinity) to everybody. '

Personeel is super gastvriendelijk. Al met al heerlijk gezeten'

'The pictures they advertise are not at all the property. Broken windows , broken terrace , no island view, no lock on balcony door in room , no drinks,no food besides breakfast that is eggs , chicken hot dog and bread . The food menu they give you and then tell you they don’t have it . They advertise free shuttle but then ask you to pay for it and taxes each night on arrival . Then they asked again on departure and finally did take me to airport free after a struggle with management . The roof...

'Everything in the room was worn out or broken (5 light switches didn’t work, closet and table fell apart, 2 lights were about to die, the tv didn’t work etc.). It was NOT possible to lock the door to the balcony. So in theory everybody can enter the room if they want to. Actually, it was impossible to close the door so we had to tape it together to get the mosquitos outside. There was no lock (as mentioned) available in the room. The curtain doesn’t cover all the windows. There is light coming...

'Nice view of the ocean'

'Put in a different hotel. Worried about cleanliness of linen, used my own shirt over the pillow. Stayed only one night. Was worried about safety. '

'Room was very clean and Ari and Atik were amazing. They were always smiling and worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable. Atik’s breakfasts were great he is a good cook.'

'War alles super'

'When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...
