Welcome to the Magic City and my Cozy Bungalow. This unit was recently renovated with new vinyl floors in the bathroom and kitchen. This 550sq ft unit features one bedroom, one full bath, and a recently renovated and updated cozy living space. We want you to enjoy your stay and this space has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Billings. The unit is private and the only shared space is the walking path and yard in front of the unit. NEW: Off street parking has recently been added for this unit.

The bungalow has a renovated kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and electric stove.

The bathroom was recently tiled and has new vinyl flooring.

The bedroom includes a comfy queen bed and nightstands with a walk in closet.

The main room is furnished with an oversized sofa, dining table for 2 and smart TV for your enjoyment with “lightning fast” internet.

In front of where you park, you’ll see a shared use hot tub for use with this unit and the other short term rental units nearby.

Access to provided to the main level of the home. Note, there is a basement cellar in the home, please do not access/go down there for safety reasons.

Quiet neighborhood with a great family friendly park nearby!

Any stay or booking 10 days or longer requires a basic cleaning (bathroom, vacuum, disinfectant, etc.) from our team either halfway through or every 7 days. Note: this is at NO additional cost to you (the renter).

Laundry is located in the unit, next to the kitchen and supplies are provided to our guests for the washing machine.

Only normal power consumption is provided, if atypical power usage is consumed during your stay, you will be charged the excess amount.
