Please supervise children and elderly at all times. Use handrails at all times going up and downstairs.

Ring doorbell monitors front steps and walkway from the driveway.
2 exterior cameras monitor the front lawn and driveway area purely for safety. We will not be keeping tabs during your stay.

The property feels remote, it is not walkable to any part of town, you must drive at least a few minutes to get to grocery stores, the interstate and other amenities. Occasionally, the zoo hosts concerts you may hear from the home. We can alert you if we know of any music transpiring.
There is another rental across the lawn owned by the same people. We host traveling professionals only there and screen every tenant to make sure we have the best possible guests.

This is a multi-level home. The main level has a half bathroom, entertainment room, laundry, living room, dining and kitchen. Off the dining room to the right of table is patio access through sliding glass doors.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms are accessible.
Downstairs, 2 more twin beds are in another living room that counts as a bonus bedroom.
