'I tend to stick with places on Expedia that are above 8 stars. I have no idea how this hotel is above the 8. Check in was fine. The staff Friday evening were pleasant enough. Our room however was pretty bad. 1st it smelled of old cigarettes and mold. 2nd, the couch and chair were so visibly stained that we avoided even putting anything on them. 'Room was wonderful and clean. Breakfast was ok. Air worked very well and kept the room cool. The clerk at desk remembered me from my stay in dec and remembered that i wanted a downstairs room. Will stay there again when i visit again'

'Wait outside 20minutes on freezing weather and ring a bells until person who sleep inside wake up . After wake up this person start screaming on us( why we ring a bell and and make phone calls on work phone) Terrible service'
