Christy, You loved our condo!!!!!! The wallpaper person was scheduled to repair that bathroom and could not get to it before your arrival. It has now been completed so the condo is perfect again!!! That floor to ceiling wall of windows in the master bedroom gives a stunning view of the beach, gulf, and Deer Island. Add in the two pools, being on the sand beach, and the grill area, you have the perfect vacation location!

This On-The Beach-Sand condo is one of a kind--there are no more located on the beach in Biloxi or Gulfport. Plus, the complex offers 2 pools and a wonderful exercise room. The balcony allows a view to the horizon where you can watch the moonrise and see the lights flickering on the shrimp boat out on the water at night. This unit, 403, that is located overlooking one of the two pools and is located directly on the sand, is one of our guests' favorites! It is spacious, decorated in comfortable style with cozy furniture, and the location could not be better! Did you BBQ at the grills on the sand provided for the guests? Some people forget they are there. We are thrilled you had a wonderful time!

Steven, This super cleanliness you found is the direct result of each of our 70+ properties having an assigned housekeeper who is the only cleaner for that unit. She cares about her properties, and cleans them as if they were her own. Sea Breeze is the only condo directly on the sand, so you simple go down the steps to the sugar-white sand beach and sink your toes into the warm sands. It is quiet, and there are no neighboring hotels to dump hoards of folks onto the beach. THAT is what gives it the private beach feeling. We do hope you return to enjoy the same experience again in the near future! See you soon!!!!

We love our returning guests! Nothing says how great a condo is than seeing you return time after time!! The location, directly on the sand beach, the two pools, well-appointed rooms that are constantly upgraded, all work together to make this lovely condo with balconies the perfect Vacation Location! Oh, did I mention the gorgeous view of the Gulf and its islands?? See you again, soon!

This actually-on-the-sand-beach condo is the only one located on sand in Biloxi! So many people are surprised at how private our beaches are! We have 26 miles of public-access beach. There are only a few places where crowds seem to gather, and that is only on the weekends. The Sea Breeze Complex is not one of the crowded areas, so there is plenty of room for you to safely spread out and not worry about COVID or anything else! Restaurant Row is just a simple walk down the new Boardwalk, and there are several eateries across from your condo location.

This is the only condo actually on the sand beach in Biloxi or Gulfport and you loved it!!! We make every effort to enhance the gorgeous view of the sand beach, the Gulf waters, and the green live oaks lining the boulevard. Thank you so much for loving our condo! I always want every guest to walk in the door and not have to worry about a thing and start your vacation immediately! Wow! Thank you for acknowledging we took care of the items you listed and that we were responsive. I have fired the cleaning contactor as no one should have to clean a condo of mine prior to being able to relax. The accountant DID refund your cleaning fee when she processed income and bills yesterday for the month of April. I wish you had waited to receive the refund as we would have had more stars! The condo is one of the favorites of my guests and we have many returning guests book year after year. I am sorry you won't be one of them, but I hope that you enjoy wherever you stay in the future on our Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Thank you for loving the location of our condo on the sand beach! It is the only Biloxi condo directly on the sand and that makes it so special! Did you enjoy the 10 restaurants within an easy stroll across the boulevard and east within a 1/2 mile?? All those choices had to present hard choices between fresh seafood (yum!!), steak, shrimp poboys, tacos, homemade barbecue, and so much more!! We strive always to provide a pleasant, relaxing location for each of our guests. We updated the kitchen items and bed linens so there were new dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, a new vacuum cleaner, and several other things to make your visit even better. Shortly after we contracted with the wallpaper repairer, her husband was put in a medically induced coma for 13 days followed by 10 days in ICU. We allowed her time to take care of him before making the repair. I am sorry the loose wallpaper ruined your vacation, as that was not our intent, nor hers. It is now firmly adhered to the walls!!! The door to the balcony is now easy to slide after the new rollers arrived and were installed. Being on the beach, the sand eats away at the rollers and does make opening and closing the doors difficult. We do thank you for staying with us and we hope you will visit our a Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast again, soon!!!

I am sorry you were not happy with us following the policies that you agreed to with your signature. I truly am. It has caused you angst and this property to be badly marked. The policies are there so that you and I know what will happen in every situation. We do not want anyone here if there is a danger. We follow the directives of the Emergency Preparedness Office as every hotel and condo does. We want safety for our guests. They had no directives out for our coast. States of Emergencies are declared so funds can be received from the Federal Government if necessary. There was nothing needed as there was no storm. You were also offered trip insurance when you booked, but you chose not to take it. You are correct about the dangers of hurricanes, but what we had were several heavy downpours which drain off the highway in a matter of minutes into the Gulf. There are no trees near the condos, and there was no threat of poisoning from generators which aren't there for that reason. We had a sunny weekend with no rain and all my guests had a wonderful time on the beach. I do so wish you had stayed.

Our 26-Mile sugar-white sand beach is a rare thing--there are only 3 places in the world with Live Oaks and sugar-white sand. In addition to the beach, the seafood is the next best thing and we are so glad you enjoyed all the food the Coast has to offer. We are looking forward to your next visit!

We are so glad you loved our condo and do appreciate your referrals! We do our best to refund all damage deposits. The make-up was not a problem--it does come out. But we do not reuse sheets that have fecal matter on them. We discard them and purchase new ones. That was the reason for the charge of $40. Someone had an accident and was embarrassed to tell. I know you can appreciate that you and others will never sleep on sheets that were in that condition when you stay with us. We do hope you understand and plan on returning as we did enjoy having you as a guest!

We make our process as simple as possible--only what we would want to do if it was us on vacation! This condo has one of the best views: straight out over the sugar-white sand beach to the Gulf Waters and up to the gorgeous sky with the fluffy clouds! The feeling you get is one that you are alone on the beach! There IS a lot of room to spread out and the fitness room and club room give you even more! Which of the 2 pools did you like the best? We are looking forward to your next stay. (We liked the prom dress--she will be beautiful!!!)

From either of the 2 pools you can walk down a few steps and sink your toes into the warm sand. The bedrooms are very comfortable with the master bedroom and living room featuring floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. Your balcony is placed so that you don't see other condos which gives you a feeling of privacy and furthers helps you to relax. The new sleeper sofa has an instant-inflate mattress with a memory foam mattress on top. Everyone who has slept on it has reported it is the best they have ever tried! With restaurants across Beach Boulevard and in each direction you will never be able to try them all! From Fishing Charters to Boutique Shopping, we have it all! It was a pleasure having you stay at one of our 18 VRBO condos and homes. YES!! The view IS superb from this unit! With gorgeous gulf and sand beach views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom and, of course from the balcony, some have told me they never turn on the TV or computer!! Would that everyone could experience that relaxing feeling. The restaurants you walked to are 7 of the newer ones and all are local so you get the scrumptious Mississippi seafood and flavor in all your dishes. You had to leave....want to reserve a quick getaway in August when prices drop???!!! You know who to call and where to stay!!! Me, of course!!!!
