Vrbo had a computer glitch that put condo 3 bedroom. It is on vrbo as a 2 bedroom 2 bath in description. I provided what we advertise. We always have and will provide a very nice place to stay on the coast for our guest.

Thanks for your review. While you were there the big storms were blowing everyday. Leaves and debris get thrown around everyday so when our grounds keeps get a break from the storms, they clean up the area. Same with the beaches when the storms lay down the beach equipment comes òut and cleans the beaches. Sorry we cannot control Mother Nature.

Mandy and her family caused a lot of problems at the complex. The HOA Board had to call the police and have them removed from the pool area and file a Trespass against her and her family and ban they from ever returning to the property. The kids threw the patio furniture off the balcony then were using the chairs to climb back on the balcony and hanging from the balcony railing from the 2nd floor. The neighbor under them called the police for this and then the HOA Board member had to call the police for the disturbance from their kids at the pool and refused to leave the pool area after 10pm when the pool closed. There were a lot of Condo complex rules these unruly kids broke. And as far as this review, I provide all the guest with the Firestick code and the code is there to prevent kids from access to adult movie channels. The dehumidifier did not turn on as the temperature in the condo was so cold that the AC dried the air out and the dehumidifier did not come on as it is set at 45 percent humidity. The HOA fined me $250 dollars for the problems they had with this family. In tune I claimed their $250 deposit to reimburse me for the fine leveed on me for their conduct at the complex. The elevator works fine and if there was a problem the complex has an elevator service contract for any repairs. Our complex is a great resort, and we have great compliments on our facility. This is a false review and as you can read from so many 5 star reviews, these people only gave this review because the fine that was charged against them because of their conduct and this came from the HOA and not even me. Sad when there are these kinds of people in this world that cause trouble for so many. We at Mermaid Cove would not be a Premier Provider for Vrbo for 4 years straight if we ran a poor service to our guest. We strive to provide a great vacation for our guest. Although she did ruin 11 towels that Vrbo was sent pictures of all 11 they used my white towels to clean off their shoes from going all weekend to the Festival they could not be used again, they also left all their garbage piled up in the pantry and dirty dishes left in the dishwasher not washed. So there was more to it then explained. Took longer to clean and disinfect the condo to prepare for the next guest.
