Biloxi Beach Condo
This was a great location right on the beach. We used it as a base to explore the Gulf from Gulf Port to Pensacola you in February. Had what we needed, beds were comfortable (we used both. ) Appreciated many details. Kitchen floor was not clean and metal faces of appliances had or were falling off and we had to tape up. The fitness center was a bonus, but the pool was not heated in February, the Gulf was warmer, swam with the dolphins and manatees ( most folk wouldn’t.) We’d stay there again. Just know what you are in for after the summer season.

Nice getaway
Juli was an amazing host. She communicated with me very clearly prior to our stay to make sure my needs were met. The condo is in a perfect location right on the beach. Juli provides several complimentary extras that is above and beyond the normal hosting. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Unit was great, but pools both closed for deck renovations Had I known may have stayed elsewhere To be fair the 1 pool was open but deck paint was not installed properly and was so slippery there were multiple falls our 1st day Management closed that pool the other pool was closed for deck coating

Spring Break Get Away
Very much enjoyed the stay at this lovely property. The location was perfect for our needs. The condo unit itself has a nice view of the bed and a lovely veranda to sit on while enjoying our morning coffee. The master bedroom does catch the evening sun in the spring and that can heat the room up quite quickly if you keep the curtains open. The development itself is a little old and was undergoing some needed renovations while we were there, but this will undoubtedly only enhance the experience of future guests.

Mark - Thank you for the feedback. I must say we were disappointed you did not give us a 5-star rating, we pride ourselves on our premier host ranking. Yes, the condo is going through some updates; the painting is finished, the smaller pool is now open/heated and the larger pool will open soon for the season. We are the only condo directly on the beach along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This provides our guests the ability to exit the condo and be right on the beach or have instant access to the boardwalk (other condo's guests must walk across Hwy 90 to go to the beach). I wish you would have mentioned something about the master bedroom getting warm, we do check-in with guests to see if they need anything. Guests can adjust thermostats to temps comfortable to them, each room has ceiling fans, and we also provide fans for each bedroom (in closets) in case folks like it a bit cooler/breezier. It is warmer on the Gulf Coast this time of year than it is in Tennessee; however, most of our guests who come down this time of year are looking to get away from the cold weather. What a wonderful week! The house was perfect for what we needed it for and what a view!!! A couple of maintenance issues but they were solved quickly. I was disappointed that housekeeping showed up 20 min early on the last day…10am is already an early checkout. Overall I would stay again!

Winter get away!

Relaxing Day on the Beach
First off, it is the only condo building in the Biloxi area that is located directly on the beach. Upon driving up the building seemed a little older but very well kept up. We took the elevator up to the Top floor and wow we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and up-to-date this unit was. My wife and I were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and a welcoming note. They had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. They even had some beach chairs and extra beach towels to use which made it very nice. This place was great. Also very close to everything. We went into Ocean Springs for dinner the first night then over to the Casinos the next and had a full day at the beach on Saturday. Overall a great place to stay. My wife and i will be looking to book this unit again.

Great condo on the beach for relaxing while visiting your family at Keesler AFB ! Juli and Tom were attentive from the very beginning. From opening the schedule so we could add on an extra day, to the wonderful bottle of wine that awaited us after a long day of travel. Everything was just perfect. It was a great place to take our Airman so we could cook him homecooked meals, he could relax for the day and close enough he didn't have to rush to make it back to base at night. The beach was clean and quiet. Was within walking distance to the best places to eat. Juli checked in on us several times with helpful tips and to make sure we weren't having any issues. We have already recommended them to friends and family. Great getaway with all the amenities of home.

Perfect experience and location
First off the hosts are very nice, friendly, and most accommodating! the unit is top floor overlooking the ocean and right on the beach. The sand is beautiful here and we had a great time. Beautiful Beach Condo
We had an awesome 5 day stay in Biloxi at Juli & Tom's condo. The condo is gorgeous with a wonderful view of the Gulf. We walked the boardwalk daily which starts right by the building. Grab a couple beach chairs ( provided by the host), bring your favorite cocktail, and walk right to the beach; so convenient! I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

Great place to stay in Biloxi! The unit is perfect for four adults and is larger than most 2BR/2BA condos that I’ve rented in the past. The owners were quick to answer questions during the booking process and self check in was a breeze. The property is well kept, access to the pools and beach is easy, and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance via the beach boardwalk. Highly recommend staying here!

I highly recommend this property! The owners were great with communication from the time I booked until check out. They went above and beyond to make our stay special for my wife’s 40th birthday. They took care of flowers, champagne and birthday balloons for me as I wanted to surprise her upon arrival. The condo was great and had everything you would need. Loved the master bedroom view of The Gulf. Everything was really clean and check in/checkout was really easy! Great people to rent from! Hopefully we’ll be back in the future!

Highly recommended. One of the best trips we have ever taken. Juli was absolutely amazing to work with. She went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. Property was very clean. Close to everything and within walking distance from several restaurants and casinos. The beach views were amazing. The wading pool has a sitting ledge all around it which made it wonderful to just sit in the water and relax. Mr. Jim, the evening security guard, was so nice and very funny. We enjoyed talking with him each every night. We will definitely be back. We are ready to book again.
