Cozy family friendly home
Nice property... owners provided needed staples and extra toiletries which made it convenient. Parking and access in and out was easy. We had a pleasant stay... would recommend.

Lovely!
This was the best vacation rental we've ever stayed at. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, a firestick for the TV and comfy beds. The back porch was beautiful and the chickens were fun to watch.

Fourth stay
This was our fourth time in this clean, well appointed house. Robert was helpful when contacted and replied almost immediately. Great fenced in yard for our dog. It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to all Binghamton has to offer especially our new grandson! I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Lovely stay
The location of the property was perfect and we felt secure and safe. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location as everything was clean and had updated appliances. We loved the backyard with the chickens and appreciated the ability to bring our two small dogs with a fenced in property. The property managers were responsive if we had questions. We look forward to our next stay! Would recommend this property to friends and family!

We stayed here while visiting Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville. Great place! Super close to downtown Binghamton, which is a cute city!!

Immaculate, comfortable, nice neighborhood
This is the perfect substitute for a few hotel rooms. The neighborhood is comfortable and residential and the property is well-kept. The kitchen is filled with everything you need from coffee maker and cups to all pots and pans. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the linens are crisp and clean. The whole apartment is nicely furnished and immaculate, which I really appreciate. Some neighborhoods in Binghamton can be sketchy. I was very happy with this quiet neighborhood. I hope we can book this again when we visit Binghamton.

Great property in a very walkable neighborhood with terrific hosts!
This rental was an unexpected jewel in Binghamton. The hosts made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable . We were able to walk to local restaurants (Park Diner was really great). WIth an updated kitchen we were able to settle into a routine of breakfast and other meals without worrying about spending too much to eat out. You could not ask for a more hospitable couple!
