Slot appartement was kapot. op verzoek werd het direct gerepareerd maar ik moest dit wel regelen en er op wachten. Rottende kozijnen in badkamer. Geen warm water uit douche. Geen zichtbaar management, even kennismaken zou gepst zijn. Restaurantprijzen zijn naar mijn mening buitensporig hoog. Kwaliteit van twee resturants is goed maar prijzen liggen niet in...

'Staff were great! Exceptional service! Pool was right infront of the dining restaurant / checkin counter so a little strange placement there due to lack of privacy. Its a secluded resort so theres no shopping options but if youre opting to come here for a getaway, its worth it! Buggy service is available to take you between Angsana & Banyan Tree as well - theyre all under the same Banyan Group umbrella so its shared facilities! Theres pingpong, board games, a whole slew of daily activities i.e...

'We are welcome by the team of friendly and smiling staffs from the resort. Billy helped to check us in and also shared the info of the resort to us. He even buggy us for around for a quick tour. We also went to nearby hawker for some local food and folowed by massage. Food was also good in the resort and we had a wonderful stay. '

'This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel.
