First level accessible from the outside (stairs) or from the inside (spiral staircase): living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, sunroom with dining area, bedroom with one 160-bed, shower room, separate toilet. On the second level: 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160-bed and 2 others with a 140-bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Mezzanine area with games for children. Parking area with covered shelter. Enclosed property with an alarm-secured pool and a covered outdoor kitchen. Linens, electricity, and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning and towels available as an option.
