On approximately 55 m² of living space, the accommodation offers room for 2 to 3 people. The open living concept creates a bright and pleasant living atmosphere: The living and dining area with a cosy sofa (also usable as a sleeping option) and SAT-TV invites you to relax, while the modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, kettle and filter coffee machine is ideally equipped for self-catering.



From the living area, you can access the covered balcony (approx. 10 m²), from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.



The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and storage space, the bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and window. Air conditioning, WiFi and heating ensure additional comfort. Towels and bed linen are of course provided.



A private car park directly at the house is available to guests. Upon request, an airport transfer can be organised (note: subject to charge).



The location of the holiday apartment is ideal for those who want to explore the Dalmatian coast. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous bathing opportunities, water sports offerings and boat trips, as well as beautiful cycling and hiking trails.
