Wonderful lake front property
The pictures don't do this beautiful home justice! Everything was very clean and had everything we needed! Communication was very easy with the owners. The neighborhood is wonderful, the sunsets from the deck are amazing. I loved kayaking on the lake/river, it was nice calm water. There are tons of stairs to the dock so if you have mobility issues this may not be ideal, but we loved it! The welcome basket was such a nice touch as well! Check out the Laurel-Snow natural area near there, the Laurel waterfall was beautiful!

Great Stay
This property is very nice. The owner greets with a special package of items from the local area. The beds are overly soft for my tastes, but it was manageable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the water.

Best Riverfront Home
Overall the property was fantastic. The home was easy to get to with plenty of parking out front. Everything was easily accessible, such as the home, and the back deck's. The home was spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we needed in it. The owners were easy to communicate with and get a hold of. The home is much larger than what the pictures perceived so that was a nice surprise. My one and only complaint is that the french doors on each floor to the back of the house did not lock. Being from the city that was a little unnerving. Outside of that fantastic place. Will definitely be booking again for a summer trip. Thank you again to the owners. Your rental made our holiday absolutely magical.

Plenty of room!
There were just three of us, so we each had a bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor. The lake home can easily accommodate a large family gathering as well, with plenty of sleeping and gathering areas.

Chickamauga Lake fishing trip
My best friend and I started doing bucket list fishing trips after we retired from active duty. This trip was the 7th in that series. Our stay in the Bluffview property was the best thus far! Superb location, superior accommodations and furnishings, and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Our hosts were off the charts - responsive, warm and welcoming, and very generous. If you're planning a trip to Chickamauga, this is the place to stay. Tons of parking room. We had two truck-boat rigs plus two personal vehicles. We had space left over. The view of the lake is amazing. We spent every evening watching the sun set on the western shore. Five minutes to a public boat ramp (Grasshopper Creek) - a very well laid out, safe facility.

This was our 2nd year visiting and it is still a great family friendly place. We love the deck and enjoyed fishing and swimming with the kids. Our hostess was very nice and accommodating. We love the gift basket, only place we been to that does that!

This property was absolutely stunning and the perfect accommodation for our stay in Tennessee. The view of the river is amazing. We enjoyed all of the porch and dock areas with our friends. The house was definitely a hit!

Amazing river views
The property was almost perfect for our large group consisting of kids from ages 3-16 and their parents. We loved the proximity to the water where we swam almost daily. The kayaks, floats, and paddle boards (and life jackets) were a major bonus. We also appreciated the welcome basket as well as other extras (spices, plenty of cooking utensils and cookware, dishwasher pods, ziplock biggies, etc). During our stay, it took about 3 days for the main level to cool off. The upper level and lower level cooled of quite quickly, the main level just wouldn't cool off. The ceiling fans and extra fan in the master closet helped some. The new refrigerator also wasnt making ice as it should. We often found ourselves running out of ice, so we bought a bag of ice from the gas station to alleviate this issue. The host was somewhat communicative. We were notified when they needed to visit the property to upgrade a patio set. Someone was supposed to come by to look at the ice maker and the thermostat, but never showed due to the host not wanting to interrupt our stay. There was also supposed to be a firepit, however, the previous guests scorched the deck so it was removed. We contacted the host about this and were instructed to build a fire on the driveway. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The price point, amenities, pets allowed, and proximity to the water were just what we were looking for during our week long stay. We would definite consider another stay here at Bev's property.

Best lake venue ever!!!
It was simply amazing!! Reserved the venue for grandson’s graduation celebration…and it was perfect. The house was expansive and had plenty of space for family and friends. The house is well-furnished and exactly as described. What impressed us the most was how clean the house and furnishings were. The dock and pavilion area were exactly what we had hoped for. The views from the house, pavilion, and dock are beautiful…could not have asked for more. The gift basket was unbelievable and an unexpected touch. We definitely will be returning in the future!!!

Beautiful place on the lake. The house is very comfortable and kid friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Great fishing from the dock that has water in the off season with a boat ramp close by. Paddle boards and kayaks provided. Nice Webber propane grill. Don’t let the steps to the water discourage you. The path is well laid out with nice stone steps, really not that bad. Great place and great host.

Looking forward to staying here again.
This is a great house and was the perfect setting for our family vacation, it was very peaceful and comfortable. The view of the river and outside sitting areas are excellent. We enjoyed walking along the water’s edge and even found a fossil! Some of our favorite amenities are the fireplaces, the jacuzzi tub, the stocked kitchen, and the awesome gift/welcome basket and book with information about the local area. Thanks for helping us have a stress free vacation, we’re already planning our return.

Wonderful, amazing and awesome
We really enjoyed our visit. We visit a different state each year for Christmas and the Tennessee basket was amazing. The welcome book was really helpful in finding things to do. It even snowed while we were there and the house was so warm and cozy and beautifully decorated. We will definitely plan another trip in the summer ❤️

Great retreat on TN river
The house is lovely - very upscale furnishings & decor, hardwood floors plus 2 gas fireplaces! There are multiple outdoor areas to gather, one with a fire pit. Additionally , weather permitting, there are kayaks and plenty of safety gear for those interested in getting in the water. Our host was easy to contact and make us feel at home. She provided us with a great Tennessee gift baskets as well. I could see taking my extended family there for a holiday gathering!

Family gathering
The house is charming and spacious. The gift basket was very generous and much appreciated. However the kitchen( refrigerator, toaster and microwave) were not clean(spent the first hour of my vacation cleaning). The mattresses were not comfortable. The house is in need of some major TLC (storm door screen, windows cleaned, and front door repaired). With all this aside we had a very nice stay spending time with our family!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The best part was the gift basket. It was Great! The communication with the owner of the property was great. Bev was very accommodating and a great host. Our first night we noticed the upstairs would not cool down it was very hot out. I reached out and she came the next day with fans and had the air unit checked out. This has been the best place we have been to on vacation we willing definitely be recommending to our friends and Family. We have already had some reach out to us for information.

What a great property and location! My 30 yr old daughter said "this is the BEST family vacation!
There were 5 of us for 5 days. We were in the water every single day! The lake is big, beautiful and clean. The beds were clean and comfy. There was enough room for alone time and plenty of space for gathering together. AWESOME!!! We will be back!!
