'My husband and I had a great time staying in Tiny. The hosts were communicative and friendly and this being our first tiny home experience it was really unique and interesting. It was a little hard to find as the city of Lancaster has many one-way streets. It is definitely small. I don't think more than two people could stay in it comfortably. The efficiency of the place was really cool! '

'If you are looking to stay in the heart of Lancaster this is your place. Walking distance to lots of quaint shops and local eateries. Close to many other things. The check in and out process was very easy and owner communicated very well. Messages were sent in plenty of time. This house is right in the city so on street parking is all you have but there was always a space close to the house. Really enjoyed our stay!!'

'Brian was an exemplary host -- there should be a way to give him 6 stars. The property was outstanding in every way; absolutely perfect for our family reunion (four families; 7 adults, 4 children, 1 infant). The kids loved it and so did the adults. There are at least four master bedrooms; we've been staying at vrbos for more than a dozen years and never had such luxurious accommodations for everyone. 'We had such a wonderful stay at this charming house in Pennsylvania! From the moment we arrived, the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home — the goodies on the counter and fresh milk in the fridge were such a treat. We especially loved sitting outside and watching the cows, which made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. The location was perfect and very convenient to our events. "We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
