I liked to quick lifts and plenty of them. I liked the friendly staff I liked the room, although small and a bit dated it was very clean and quiet I liked the air conditioning I didn’t like the bar food, it wasn’t very warm and such strange menu choices. I didn’t like the breakfast, it was cold and I had to change dirty cutlery twice ! The breakfast serving area was not kept wiped down, a messy counter serving top. I did like seeing one member of staff just chopping and tossing over the scrabbled egg pot, it was cold and the serving spoon was disgusting. It was full cold clogged egg. He should have changed the serving spoon. I liked the ladies who cleared the tables quickly.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very quiet room - we came by train - we had a lovely weekend The staff were all very pleasant and helpful - breakfast was as expected with a good level of choice. We will happily stay again

Great hotel, which was so convient for a concert at the arena. Room was lovely, bed comfortable and great shower with toiletries included. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Whilst I some difficulty with walking longer distances and sometimes use a stick, we were given a disabled room, suitable for a wheelchair user. Unfortunately this wasn’t ideal for us. However, as we were only staying one night we didn’t complain.

Sorry to hear it was not ideal for you on this occasion, If you are to book with us in the future we would recommend calling reception in the future to see if they have another room they can move you to. Everything was superb. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the parking space. It was extremely difficult getting out of the car park... luckily my partner is an excellent driver.

Nice area to stay with close up market amenities without being in the thick of it. Great for an overnight stay for the theatre. A bit of a walk to the Hippodrome though.

The noise from the lift sounded like a crying dog all night. Felt as if everywhere aside from the lobby needed a bit of an update. Staff were ok but didn’t seem friendly at all. Didn’t even know there was a second floor. Facilities in the toilet were really small which was strange.

Great contingency planning.
All the usual comments about comfort etc. were overshadowed by the fact that we needed to be evacuated at 3am Saturday morning. However, the staff did everything they could and made sure the crisis did not tune into a drama. Well done.

Good morning Dean, thank you for your feedback, Saturday morning was very challenging for both staff and guest due to the burst pipe however we are happy to hear you felt that this was managed to the best of our ability, we have refunded all guest there accommodation cost for the Friday night. If you have pre paid Expedia please do contact them for your refund.

Hotel itself was fine and reception staff were lovely, we were evacuated at 3am due to boiler/water issue... Little to no communication, finally moved us to novotel where we waited for several hours, again with little to no comms as to what was happening... Started queueing (only because others were), and were allocated a hotel a few mins walk - still no communications really... Got to new hotel at 7am ish... Woken up at 8.30 by kids running up & down the hall and slamming doors... Advised 2nd night that water was fixed... Water stopped working whilst he was mid shower covered in bubbles... Staff had no idea... Wont be rushing back

Due to the unforeseen circumstance with the burst hot water pipe that affected the whole all guest where given a full refund and have been communicated to via there booking platform. We have also taken on board all feedback with regards communication and further training will be carried out.
