'Everything worked quite well thank you so much. I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. '

'Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. It was much nicer than most of the big chain hotels I usually stay at. The ladies at the desk got me checked in quickly. Parking lot is small but they do have overflow or long term parking behind the building that requires your key card. '

'Issue was I was flying out in early the morning and the fire alarm kept beeping. When they came to fix it they couldn't. So, they just removed it. Got little sleep. Positive, the staff was very great at getting me to the airport early in the AM.'

'We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. '

'Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring.

'While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property.
