My family and friends have stayed at City Nites 3 times within the last 15 months. This is our go to place when we go to Birmingham. Its convenience to all things central cannot be overstated. We walk to and from New St Station. Its literally down the road from the ICC, SeaLife and Centenary Sq. Its nicer to stay in a serviced apartment, rather than a hotel and the prices aren't expensive either. We usually stay for a week. The only negative is that the staff need to leave more supplies like fresh towels, toilet roll etc, a little more often.
The apts are generally clean and the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc. There's complimentary coffee, tea, sugar etc. They do provide champagne or wine on arrival but we didnt get that this time.
We found that the shower was leaking and reported it to the mgmt office, but no one came to fix it. Apart from that and the stains on the duvet (which was covered by a clean duvet cover); our stay was a good one. I recommend City Nites Arena to anyone staying in Birmingham.
