Uitstekende ligging ten opzichte van NEC Birmingham. Nu ook naast een outlet Centrum. Kamer was netjes, schoon, maar de airco koelde niet voldoende. Eerst opgelost met een ventilator op de kamer, later naar een andere kamer verhuisd. Uitstekend werk van de supervisor Omar. Uitstekende ontbijt en vriendelijke service.

Geweldig verblijf
Dit hotel voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen, het lag zeer dicht bij het NEC en dicht bij de luchthaven, wij hadden een goed verblijf en keren zeker nog eens terug.

The hotel was lovely clean and in a lovely location walking distance from airport but far enough away for it to be peaceful. We had a room on the 5th floor it was clean and a good size bed was not great but ok for 1 night my only fault for my stay was waking up at around 4am when i heard what i think was a washing machine above me i have a feeling the floor above 5th is for staff maybe and thats where they have their laundry done so would avoid the 5th floor if possible

Stayed here for my partners 30th as we had plans at resorts world so we stayed here for the weekend. I booked a standard queen size room, when first seeing the room it looked lovely big smart tv in the room the only down fall about this room is the air conditioning as it didn’t seem to get cool in the room it was constantly warm also the toilet when sitting down it felt as if you was leaning forward I noticed that there was a crack on the tile as tho the toilet had previously broke and just been quick fixed. Can’t give any reviews about the staff as they didn’t really interact with us apart from the woman who checked us in other than that was a nice stay

Room was very outdated for the price and the air system was not working making it very hot to sleep. Very disappointing for a Crowne Plaza. Would not recommend based on this experience. Staff & bar/restaurant were good.

Property was ok, very dirty under the bed I realized when I dropped something. We had a few issues, air conditioning didn’t work, no toilet rolls and conditioner which they fixed when we asked. Convenient location and nice bar

Excellent stay
Great hotel, fantastic location for concert at Resorts world arena, excellent rooms . Breakfast was very good with many choices. Bar area was busy but then it was Xmas week , had a good atmosphere. Car parking cost £10.

Friendly staff and good service.
Friendly welcome and very efficient service. Check out was stated as 11am, but there was no issue with us leaving 20 minutes after 11. We assumed the check out time was 12.

Convenient, easy walking distance to World Resorts Arena. Plenty of dining options and shopping next to the hotel. Great road transport links to motorways. Reasonable priced ample parking available. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Plenty on reception so no queueing which was welcome after a long drive. Would definitely stay again!

Great Hotel
This is a lovely hotel. It’s clean and comfortable nice big rooms. I booked this for myself and 2 friends. We wanted to stay close to the World Resorts Arena where we were seeing Donny Osmond. This is so close 5 minutes walk away. It’s in a beautiful setting too right by a lake. This would also be ideal for anyone flying from the airport. The breakfast was really nice. We paid for that at check in. Can’t fault this hotel.

Always a great stay.
This was our 4th stay, overall an excellent hotel great location if attending the NEC. Good breakfast choices from traditional cooked English to a continental style, plenty of cereal yoghurts and fruit available. Easy access from M42. We did not have an evening meal here so can’t comment, however bar area looked inviting. Plenty of eating places in the adjacent resorts world.
