Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Significant breaches of house rules may result in termination of the booking and additional charges.

Any animal must be declared in advance so that the building management can be notified, which is a requirement for this residential property.

An additional cleaning fee of £40 applies to all stays with pets.
Failure to declare a pet in advance may result in additional charges and/or a breach of house rules.
