Overall the staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on site was good. The room had some areas that could be tended too like the giant crack in the window, dirty walls, carpet but linens were clean.

The windows now are not cracked, but the tinting install some years ago by previous owners cracked, making it look like the window is cracked.We look forward to your return. The staff was very friendly. We did have a booking issue with Expedia sending in the request very last minute. Evan was quick to help and got us the needed beds to accommodate us for a nights sleep.

The hotel was easily found and for the surrounding areas surprisingly quiet, clean, and safe feeling. The hotel was very clean and with a restaurant inside it smelled amazing.

The hard thing was bathroom shower nozzle made noise when you turned it off and they switch rooms because it. You have to flush the toilet several times and the refrigerator would make humming sound and then stop…. despite this it was a good experience.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. However, there appeared to be plumbing problems. The toilet took a long time to flush and I was afraid it would stop working. There was also a problem when the the water. It took several minutes to get any warmth. It was also very noisy at night and hard to sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was below average. The set up was weird and we weren't sure who to give the voucher too. The eggs were excellent but the rest of the food was cold especially the pancakes which was disappointing. On a positive note, the coffee was fantastic but it would have been nice to have to go cups. It's a nice facility but some aspects were disappointing.
