Prima prijs & kwaliteit
Prima hotel in het centrum van Birmingham en op loopafstand van het treinstation Birmingham New Street. Ontbijt is goed met ruime keuze. Je kunt er voor kiezen om in het hotel restaurant te eten of ergens anders in de straat waar voldoende keuze is. Heb zelf twee keer in het hotel restaurant gegeten, vlotte en correcte bediening.

Hotel is al wat ouder, maar in goede staat. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is ideaal. Net achter Brindley Place waar meerdere gezellige eettentjes liggen. Slechts 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum.

Lovely hotel situated in a not so lovely area. A lot of noise from bars close by. A lot of drunk people around the area. In fact when we were there, a drunk man entered the hotel and for no reason attacked the reception staff. Guest from the hotel restrained him and police were called!!!

Great location for arena and nice restaurants and bars. It was old but was ok. The sofa bed was terrible a didn’t sleep well at all as did my daughter. Great to have secured parking but very over priced!!

My stay would’ve been great but the night staff ruined it from the very first night. The absolute sheer attitude on the guy with the glasses who calls himself a ‘duty manager’ is appalling. He needs to learn people skills and very quickly. On a positive the girl who checked me in Yannis I think I was (apologies for the name error if so) was great and informative, bubbly and welcoming!

2nd time we've stayed for vist to Christmas market. Nice short walk to all the shops. Friendly staff will recommend.

Clean and presented as you would expect from a chain hotel. Service prompt and pleasant. The breakfast was well-presented and tasty and in contrast to some hotels, plenty of places to sit for breakfast. Not a great choice if you drive, although secure car parking is available quite close. Well positioned for central Birmingham. The in-room coffee maker was so complex that I could not work it, this seems to be a common issue, as room service also left tea/coffee/milk for the kettle. However, to get the kettle to work, it was necessary to dive down behind the fridge to plug the kettle in. But I would be happy to stay there again.

My 2nd time staying here I love it it’s clean everybody so friendly really helpful and it’s close to Xmas markets and Utilita arena also a lot of bars and restaurants down the road to plus the car is locked up in the under ground car park safe.
