We booked this VRBO when we were having out of town guests and couldn't comfortably fit everyone at our house. The house was exactly what we were hoping for, 4 adults in town for the RTJ Trail. Nice, clean, and close to downtown. Communication with Daniel was excellent. We were not planning on using the day bed, which was the only issue we had. It just about collapsed with any weight on it and needs to be replaced if anyone intends to sleep on it.

This is charming historic home that was originally built in the 1940s. It has been updated throughout the years and has modern amenities including central air and a dishwasher. The home is nostalgic, but has plenty of room It is located in a quite neighborhood that is conveniently located to downtown and highwaysWe enjoyed being able to stay in a quite neighborhood rather than being crowed into two hotel rooms. We will definitely try to reserve this home on our next trip to Birmingham.

This house was perfect for our family’s 2 night stay in Birmingham. The location was close to everything we needed, shopping, restaurants, and Samford University. Clean/centrally located

This house is located on a very nice quiet street, lined with some of the most beautiful trees, flowers. A big reason we booked this property is so we could have dedicated parking and in a quiet location & this fit the bill for both of those. The house was super clean, well stocked with anything we needed for our 3 night stay. The refrigerator has ice maker & water in the door & a regular drip coffee maker which helped to make our stay more like being at home. We had zero problems drying our stay, but Danny was just a text away if needed, not some corporate number. That is also a huge bonus. This house is centrally located to all the things to see and do all around Birmingham. This house had the cutest outdoor space that runs on the side of the house and backyard, would be perfect for coffee or cocktails outside. Our stay was the last week of March, beautiful weather, amazing cherry blossom trees in full bloom including one few houses down from this one. If our travels ever take us back to Birmingham we would definitely book this house again.
