"Les roseaux," 65 m2, 2 bedrooms, lakeside location ideal for children to swim

Under the Bassin d'Arcachon and close to the Dune du Pyla, our small residence is located on the shores of Lake Sanguinet-Cazaux, but it is so large that it also extends over the town of Biscarrosse, as far as Ispe where we are based.
Our duplex apartments offer 2 separate bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The twin bedroom has a balcony. The kitchen area and the living room open onto a small terrace with an outdoor dining set and a private garden.
Next to the cycle path (100m), we offer a bicycle garage and a private closed parking lot. It is possible to rent bicycles from our local service providers.
Two km from the residence, you will find an aquatic centre with boat and pedal boat rental and entertainment.
This lakeside is very attractive with clear waters and white sand. There is little depth for several metres, safe for small children (under supervision all the same) you will find pretty coves and shady places under the omnipresent pine forest.
The apartment has a television, a washing machine, wifi, 2 electric hobs, extractor hood, electric oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, crockery for 4 people. The openings are equipped with roller shutters for a restful sleep.
You will find a bistronomic restaurant at the Hotel La Caravelle in the immediate vicinity. And, if you own a boat, we offer free parking spaces in front of this restaurant, upon reservation.
The southern lake of Biscarrosse served as a historical base for the Aéropostale, welcoming legendary figures such as Jean Mermoz or Antoine de Saint Exupéry. Today, you can visit the Seaplane Museum, which preserves this unique heritage on the very site of the former base of the Société Latecoère.
