I will be calling to report this property. The check in staff put me and my family in danger and made us incredibly uncomfortable. He even took my phone number from this website and texted me from his personal phone. We did not stay the night there.

Arrived about midnight. Had been snowing for about 4-5 hours. Driveway not pushes off and worse yet the sidewalks and stairs were not cleared off. Left about 7:45 AM and neither were cleared of the snow yet. Room was freezing cold and heater wouldn’t/couldn’t keep up

This motel was the worst ive ever seen by far! There were drunks and drug addicts living in many of the rooms and they were lurking all over the place and being loud. There were old mattreses and garbage and a broken down washing machine outside of the rooms. Our room absolutely stunk like a mixture of smoke and mold, the beds were rock hard and the pillows were probably from the 70s. The used bar of soap was still in the shower from who knows when. There were wild cats outside eating the garbage outside the rooms. And the cops got called there at least once. I would have left, but we just needed a place to sleep for a few hours...i wouldn't do it again, however. I felt so disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE...THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

The only good part of our stay was the beds were pretty comfortable. Lady at feont desk was was very nice. The rooms around ours had broken windows, rooms were open and looked in all sorts of disarray. Ourroom lock was broken, floor was very sticky, wore my shoes when walking around. No shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer. The a/c or heat didnt work. Fan was on constant but very noisy. No remote for tv. The grounds were littered with garbage and debris. Would not ever recommend this motel to anyone. We were traveling on a budget and couldn't get our money back, so we stayed.

Somebody's in my Room.
I secured a room on line for one night and paid up front. When I got to the hotel, the hotel staff was extremely disorganized. After a 20 minute wait, I finally got the key to my room. I went up to #249, put the key in and tried to open the door. The security lock was on and a voice from inside said, "What's going on?" I replied, "This is my room." The male voice in the room said, "No, it isn't. This is my room." There was also a female in the room who kept asking, "What's the problem?" I had to go back down to the front office and was told, "There shouldn't be anyone in that room." It was a complete fiasco. I was in Bismarck to play for my Aunt's funeral on Saturday morning. By this time it was midnight. Luckily, I called my cousin and he came and picked me up. I ended up sleeping on a couch. I want a total refund. I will never use Hotels.com again. Camilla Horne

Nice to see the sign from the highway, but condition of grounds and rooms are nothing less than public squalor. From broken air conditioner parts littering the hallways to a feces--coated toilet gasket laying on a pathway storage unit to being propositioned for sex, this place had it all. I reserved a clean room; got an twin room with unfinished beds. Then I asked for another room, hope-fully in usable condition--and it was worse--without a bolting door, a broken microwave, heavily soiled bedskirt, etc. I shot photos and referenced the room number in them. Amazing. I left after an hour or so. Unsafe! Be happy to provide documentation to you or the local health board.

When I first arrived and checked in, two men were grilling hamburgers in front of my room. The parking lot outside my room had a large dumpster parked in it, two water heaters, and two air conditioners laying next to the dumpster. I decided to come back. A few hours later I came back to find a chair in front of my door with black hair all around it. Someone got a haircut. I looked in the window of my room only to find that one of the beds was leaning vertically against the wall. I complained to the front desk and he informed me they didn't have any clean rooms with two beds. I tried to get a refund, but he said I had to do that through Expedia. I left in disgust and stayed at another hotel.
