'The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. '

'The room coffee was really bad. The entire facility has a strong cleaning solution smell about it. Don't know the name of the product. Room was clean. Bed was good and hotel is close to restaraunts and coffee shops.'
