'Unfortunately, the mattresses in room 236 are the worst we've ever slept on. We woke up with neck, back, and hip pain because they are as hard as a rock and have a lump in the middle of the bed. This might be specific to this room, but the location is convenient if you're staying there as a student at USC Fullerton. The place could improve by adding EV charging stations and replacing the old mattresses. '

'Prima hotel, kamers zijn netjes. Ook het ontbijt in de ochtend is voor Amerikaanse begrippen prima. Voor mensen die in Anaheim zijn voor Disney, zijn er betere alternatieven die dichter in de buurt bij Disney liggen. Je rijdt in ongeveer 25 minuten naar Disney, terwijl er daar veel hotels in de nabijheid liggen. Bedden zijn wat aan de kleine kant en het tweede bed is een slaapbank die niet geschikt is voor volwassenen.'
