'I felt very taken care of and was relaxed my emtire stay.'

'The rooms are not cleaned well, debris in corners and most noticeable was the various stains on the top comforter. I called in to get a new comforter and was told their employees are not allowed to remove those (for washing) due to safety concerns. I insisted it was a safety concern for a paying customer and they proceeded to remove it for me. It was shocking to get that as a response. In addition, trying to order room service (in room dining) was a 45 min adventure. Online they advertise it but...

'Amazing property! I would stay there again and again! BEautiful large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, amazing staff, quiet, only 28 rooms all on a seperate floor. Soooo nice! Underground parking, casino was so nice, no smelly tobaccco smells. I highly reccommend this property.'

'Staff was so friendly and amazing. This place is just beautiful and we had so much fun. We will definitely be back again and going to tell others it’s a must see place to visit.'

'Nice little casino. Staff at the reception not very friendly. Voucher for breakfast doesn't include drinks. Strange because drinks are free in the casino... '

'Very nice room and very kind staff.'

'The listing said free firewood but they charge for it. They also said that the cabin had bedsheets included and it did not. The economy cabins do not have electricity and they provided 2 electric lanterns but I would recommend bringing your own as well. But our family had an enjoyable weekend there!'
