'Die Wohnung liegt auf der Black Isle, eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Es war die sauberste Wohnung auf unserer Rundreise. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und boten direkt an uns zum Essen in den Pub zu fahren und auch wieder abzuholen.'

'My 1st thought was it would be cold, but the cabin quickly warmed up and stayed warm. Small but has all you need to use as a base to discover Inverness, Culloden and surrounding areas. '

'Beautiful property. Sheep, fruit, and vegetable farms all around. Staff super nice. Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. This is by far our favorite place so far on our two week trip around the UK. '

'Just spent two nights, but was a great location and accommodations for our group of 5 adults. Walked to downtown Inverness and had a day trip to Rosemarkie to hike Fairy Glen Falls.'

'We stayed at The Old Police House for a week (the first week of February) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was fully equipped, from towels to salt and pepper, everything was there. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Sue, the owner, has truly thought of everything, even diapers for the little ones were provided. Toys, dog towels, food bowls for the dog, everything was available. The house is warm (both literally and figuratively), cozy, and the location is beautiful and...

'The flat was clean and efficient. The bathroom and kitchen -- in fact, the whole flat -- seemed recently updated and in excellent working condition. We particularly enjoyed its location near the River Ness and the downtown core of restaurants and shops. It was a great base for exploring Inverness, Loch Ness, and other parts of Northern Scotland. Innes was very communicative and helpful'

'Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. In der alten Molkerei war alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Wir haben von dort aus einzelne Tagesausflüge in die Highlands unternommen. Einziger und auch größter Kritikpunkt war der leicht muffige Geruch in der Wohnung. Ich bin nicht sicher ob es nur daran lag, dass es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr viel geregnet hat.'

'The total cosy atmosphere and friendliness of staff made you feel at home. Great location, great room and the ghost/history tour was fun. The only negative was the entrance to the castle (no signage and bad road deck) and untidy around the castle. But we highly recommend a stay at the castle.'

'Vooral de familiekamer viel tegen, eigenlijk een gewone kamer met een extra bed erbij. Heel weinig plaats en comfort dus in de kamer. Redelijk duur in vergelijking met andere holiday ins’s. Ook extra kost voor de hond terwijl die nergens anders mocht komen als op de kamer. Het hotel was ook druk bezet tijdens ons bezoek en dat was te merken bij het ontbijt (dingen waren op of werden niet bijgevuld, tafels werden niet afgeruimd, er was te weinig personeel en materiaal)'
