'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The hotel rooms were renovated and clean. My only complaint are the super sensitive smoke detectors. There is no fan in the bathrooms, but there is a vent. However there are signs in the bathroom that say to keep the door closed during showering and immediately after as the steam may set off the smoke alarm. The fire alarms which are very loud went off at 6:30am as that happened on another room in the hotel. It was clear that the fire dept must come there often for this reason as they seem...
